INTERNATIONAL MENTAL HEALTH CODE
The International Mental Health Code (IMHC) — a framework created by Emily Isaacson to offer an alternative perspective on how emotional and mental health experiences can be understood and supported. Rather than focusing solely on labels or diagnostic categories, the IMHC encourages practitioners and individuals to see patterns of thoughts, emotions and life challenges through a broader, colour-coded and holistic lens. The Code is designed to help people recognise underlying nutritional, spiritual or lifestyle influences on mental well-being and to empower holistic health professionals to support others more effectively.
When clearing the International mental health code, there are various designations:
for example:
Diagnosis: called RP (Rainbow Program) then colour name
RP Advocate (RPA): Rainbow Program Advocate
RP Director (RPD): Rainbow Program Director
Mental Health Emergency: Clear Code Red, etc. with colour name
Hospitalization: coming soon . . .
Food: Red Food Group, etc. until colour pink (number 11)
Coming soon . . . chart C for codes.
If in doubt, clear entire mental health code by stating "Clear Code Medici"
